Spring has sprung! Celebrate new beginnings with the 'New Goddesses"

Vasantha Navaratri: The Time for Spiritual Spring Cleaning
![]() 'Navaratri' or the Nine Nights of the Goddess refers to a series of nine nights celebrated 4 times a year, when creative energy or Goddess energy is at its peak. Prayers offered during these nine nights will aid in material and spiritual progress. Though it occurs 4 times a year, only two of them are celebrated with pomp and gaiety in India. Of these, the 'Sharada Navaratri' in the fall and the 'Vasantha Navaratri' in the spring, are considered vital. |
During Sharada Navaratri in 2009, 3 'New Goddesses' were identified. The 9 nights are divided into 3: the first 3 nights are for Durga, the next 3 are for Lakshmi, and the final 3 are for Saraswati. This Spring Navaratri, we are featuring the 3 "New Goddesses":
The mantra for all 3 Goddesses:
"Om Aim Shreem Kleem Namaha"
Invoking the Goddess is a super technology. Many priests are not trained in the esoteric tradition. Only tantric adepts know the true secrets of the Goddess worship. We offer you the opportunity to partake in the Grand Homa at our Temple and Homa Center performed by such adepts. The homas will feature Ayur Devi for the first 3 nights, Amrita Lakshmika on the next 3 nights, and Anuradha Kramana Saraswati on the final 3 nights. As a special offering, we are also performing a Durga Ashtami Homa on the 8th night (8th moon) which is especially auspicious when it occurs during Navaratri.
