Property Disputes and Astrological Solutions

How does Astrology operate?
Astrology, the time-tested predictive system, studies the placement and movements of heavenly bodies like the planets and stars to learn about a person's life and future. It can thus peep into the days to come in a person's life, reveal what destiny has in store for him or her, and make predictions about significant events to follow in his or her life. Astrology not only makes predictions but can also suggest solutions and remedies, which can resolve problems or mitigate the intensity of the difficulties.
Astrological revelations can cover the entire gamut of significant aspects of life, including a person's possessions and asserts and the disputes that might arise in respect of them for various reasons.
Horoscope
The birth chart, Natal Chart, or horoscope is the fundamental framework that forms the basis of astrological analysis and predictions. A horoscope can be called an astrological map in which the 9 planets, acknowledged by the ancient system of Vedic Astrology, are plotted across the 12 Houses, which correspond to the 12 signs of the zodiac. Each of these Houses denotes a few vital aspects of life. Points like how well a House is placed, the zodiac sign it corresponds to, and the planet(s) it is associated with may significantly influence the aspect(s) they denote.
Astrological Indicators for Properties & Problems
The 4th House is about assets, like lands, other immovable properties, and even vehicles. If this 4th House, which can be termed the House of Property, is weak or afflicted in a person’s horoscope, that might entangle the person in some property-related disputes or the other. Apart from afflictions, astrologers may have to study the House in depth, considering aspects like - its planetary lord and his placement, the planets placed in that House, and the planet(s) 'aspecting' that House and its planetary lord.
Like the astrological Houses, the planets, too, signify different aspects of life. Mars is known as Bhoomi Karaka, the planet signifying landed properties. Qualitatively, the planets, too, remain as both benefic and malefic, with Mars counted among the malefic planets.
Causes for Property Disputes
Thus, if the 4th House and Mars, the astrological House and the planet denoting properties, are placid solidly and auspiciously in a person's natal chart, it can be said with certainty that the individual could be in a position to acquire lands or properties. However, if Mars is in the 4th House but is not favorably placed, then the native may be able to buy lands but could get into legal issues or litigations regarding his acquisitions.
While the strength of Mars is crucial for a person to acquire lands, planet Saturn, too, needs to be well-placed in the horoscope for the person to construct a building in it. When a well-placed Mars and Saturn join in the 4th House, it is considered an auspicious placement to acquire lands and properties.
But at the same time, these 2 planets themselves, when unfavorably placed, can also cause property disputes. When Saturn or Mars is found not so good in the 2nd or 4th House, that can contribute to problems or clashes on account of property, dragging the natives into prolonged disputes, turning them restless, and consuming their precious time, money, and peace of mind.
When any of the malefic planets, such as Mars, Saturn, Rahu, or Ketu, remain associated with the 4th House, it can also lead to property-related problems or disputes. Besides, even when the birth chart reveals the affliction of any planet, that can also cause conflicts concerning assets.
Also, one has to watch out for any adverse property Yoga or Dosha in the natal chart, which could indicate property disputes.
Remedies as Solutions
However, as the saying goes, 'When there is a problem, there will also be a solution.' Property-related issues, too, do have their own solutions. These can be astrologically termed Remedies, which principally seek divine intervention for relief. They may consist mainly of worship and charities.
∙ People can worship the Divine Mother and Wealth Goddess Lakshmi and seek her blessings.
∙ They can also meditate on the Mighty Goddess Durga and chant her Mantra during the 9 days of the auspicious Navaratri, starting from the first Day.
∙ They can also worship Kshetrapalas, the guardian deities.
∙ Feeding the hungry on Friday, the weekday special for Lakshmi worship can also be an effective remedy for property disputes.
∙ People can also feed the cows with jaggery (palm sugar) on Sundays
∙ They can also pack some honey along with a stone in a cloth during the bright fortnight of the Moon and leave it in a running stream on a Tuesday.
