Sri Navagraha Stotra with Meaning

DateJune 19, 2020

Introduction

The revered Sage Ved Vyas was the composer of the Navagraha Stotra. The nine planets of the solar system play an essential role in the life of humans. Their positioning at the time of our birth is indicative of the quality of our life. The Navagrahas (nine planets) impact our lives through their position and movements therein. They also reflect our past karma and how our past deeds influence our current life.

The Navagraha Stotra comprises of nine Mantras (hymns) of the nine planets. The Stotra has been created to nullify the harmful effects or negative energies that emanate from the planets. Reciting or chanting the Navagraha Stotra every day will help remove obstacles and difficulties from our lives. The planets can affect our mental state, physical health, and cause impediments in our lives. When we chant the Stotra with faith and devotion, it reaches the Graha Devta directly.

When we synchronize our body vibrations to the light and sound energy emitted by the planets, then we can avail maximum benefit. Through devotion and doing good deeds, we can appease the planets.

The Navagraha Stotra is a powerful tool, and chanting the Stotra every day helps reduce any negative impact the relevant planets may have on our birth charts.
