Kinds of Eclipses in 2022
There are four kinds of solar eclipses

Solar Eclipse - Total: It occurs when the Moon completely covers the Sun. This causes the Sun to disappear during the daytime.
Solar Eclipse - Annular: Annular Eclipse results from the ring-shaped formation. In this case, the Sun’s mid-region is entirely covered by the Moon; however, the edges remain uncovered.
Solar Eclipse - Hybrid: This happens when a portion of the world has a total eclipse, whereas the other portion has an annular eclipse. This is a very rare event.
Lunar Eclipse: Three kinds
Lunar Eclipse - Partial: The movement of the Earth in-between the Moon and the Sun causes this eclipse.
Lunar Eclipse - Total: In this case, the moon is entirely covered by the Earth’s shadow, when it moves in-between the Moon and the Sun.
Lunar Eclipse - Penumbral: It happens while the Moon shifts through the Earth's penumbral shadow.

- Total Lunar Eclipse will happen on May 15th and 16th, 2022. It will be visible in South or West Europe, South or West Asia, Africa, North and South America, Atlantic, Pacific, Indian Ocean, and Antarctica.
- A partial Solar Eclipse will happen on October 25th, 2022 and will be visible in South or West Asia, Europe, North or East Africa, Atlantic.
- The total Lunar Eclipse will happen on November 8th, 2022. It will be visible in North or East Europe, Australia, Asia, N America, most parts of S America, Atlantic, Pacific, Indian Ocean, Antarctica and Arctic.
