BEST DAYS AND TIME TO CHANT BALA TRIPURA SUNDARI DHYNA MANTRA

It is best to chant the mantra daily; however, if it is not possible, then you can chant it on Tuesdays and Fridays. Also, days like Ashtami tithi, Navami tithi, and Full Moon Day are considered the most auspicious to chant the mantra. The Shukla Paksha Friday or on a Full Moon Day is considered the best day if you want to initiate chanting the mantra.

The reciting duration should be Brahma Muhurta which is the timing of one and half hour just before the sunrise. Chandra Hora is also a sacred timing to recite the mantra. One should chant it at least 9 times a day. One can also chant the mantra 1,008 times for 48 days if you are looking forward to attaining Siddhis.

WHO CAN CHANT THIS MANTRA

This mantra can be chanted by anyone male or female or any age. However, ladies should not chant the mantra during their menstrual cycle, or it will bring adverse effects. While chanting the mantra, you can also use the photo of Bala Tripura Sundari or her yantra.

It is best to chant the mantra facing East while being seated on the Northeast quadrant of your house or puja room. To chant the Dhyana mantra, you can use the rosary beads made out of pink quartz or clear quartz.

NAIVEDYA OR PRASADHAM FOR BALA TRIOURA SUNDARI

While worshipping the Devi, it is recommended to offer her prasadam as well. You can offer her sweet Pongal and traditional sweets. If you can prepare no sweets, then take the cow milk and mix some jaggery into it; this can be offered as naivedya.

If you don’t have milk, you can also offer a small piece of jaggery or some rock to the Goddess.

It is also a good practice to offer the Goddess some flowers such as white, red, pink colored flowers; fragrant flowers like Jasmine, Marigold, Champa, Lily, and Rose also work best.
