Tajik system of Astrology

Tajik Astrology or Tajik sastra or the Tajik system of astrology is one among the three major system of astrology followed by the astrologers in India. The other systems are Parashara system of astrology and Jaimini system of astrology.
The word Tajika means Persian speaking ethnic group. The Tajik system was originally developed in Persia. Currently Persia is called as Iran.  During 7th century Arabs invaded North West zone of India. The Indians adapted this predictive method from Iran after the invasion of Arabs. This method of prediction has developed in India when they used to have mercantile trade with Armenia, Arabia and Persia. Indian scholar Neelakantha has translated Tajik astrology from Arabic / Persian to Sanskrit during the year 1544 AD. His book is known as Tajika Neelakanthi. Tajik system of astrology is also known as Varshaphala System. The main significance of this system is one can predict events on a day by day basis. And even a person can predict events going to happen within 12 hours of a day. 
The exclusive main feature of this system is casting annual horoscopy. Every year an astrologer has to cast an
annual horoscope based on the transit Sun hitting the same degree of the natal Sun. At the time of transit Sun reaches the exact position of the natal horoscope Sun’s degree, minute and second, the annual horoscope is casted. Annual Major and Minor period is also calculated, and the predictions based upon the Major and Minor period occupied during that one-year period has written and given to the client who seek detailed predictions for the entire year. 
The first unique feature in this Tajik astrology is Tajik Yoga. Tajik Yoga has formed by the planetary positions in the annual horoscopy. It is created by the planetary positions and by the speed of a planet. Some of the Tajik Yoga are Ithasala, Easarapha, Nakta, Yamaya, Manahoo, Kamboola, Gairakamboola, Khallasara, Redda, Duparikutha, Duttota, Thambira, Kutta, Durupha. 
The third distinctive feature of Tajik astrology is sahamas or sahams. Sahamas can be defined as special sensitive points seen through the yearly horoscope. It could be arrived by some mathematical calculations. The difference in the calculation of sahamas can be varied according to the transit of Sun enters into the longitude of natal Sun’s longitude during day or nighttime. The sensitive points (Sahamas) has calculated and pointed out in the annual horoscope and the timing of an event has been taking place by the transit of planet favors for the particular sahama is crosses over the particular sahama point. 
To write the yearly predictions of a person another distinct feature has to be followed in Tajik astrology. That is to find the powerful lord of the year (Varshadhipathi). The powerful lord of the is chosen among five different planets. They are
Lord of the ascendant belongs natal horoscope.
Lord of the ascendant belongs to
annual horoscope.
Lord of the sing in which the Muntha is placed. 
The Sun’s sign or the
Moon sign of the annual horoscope has to be taken according to the birth takes place in day or night.
 The Tri-rasiathipathi is also taken into the consideration to fix the lord of the year.
Yearly predictions or Varshphal:
The yearly predictions can be written by analyzing annual horoscope, Muntha, Tri-rasiathipathi, Tajik Yogas and by Sahama spudas. Every year the above said considerations has taken into an account and detailed yearly predictions written and given to the customers in India.
