2017 Shiva Ratri has been my first with Dr. Pillai's AstroVed. The fact that I was able to join in via webcast was just incredible.
I was able to 'copy' [in a small way] and follow along, with the timing of the four Kalas; I was also bathing my Shiva Lingam at home.
The chanting done by the priest in India was so very powerful, it gave me goosebumps and brought tears in my eyes.
As it was night time in India and Daytime in Canada, by the time the Shiva Ratri event ended in India, I thought, that as I am in Canada, and Lord Shiva must be roaming the grounds in Canada, as the event in India had ended, I decided to invite him in, and did the whole process all over again and all night and repeated the four Kalas and ended it at six in the morning the next day.
So I feel that I covered every angle, was also with India time, and then of course if Shiva Ratri in Canada was the day after, so it was the day after and; Lord Shiva would have made his presence in Canada too on the precise day Shiva Ratri was in Canada based on Canadian time.
Such a Blessing to have joined in with an event of this calibre!
