Namaste, When I received your invitation to take advantage of the 20% discount, I immediately signed up to receive the Elite Birthday package.
I had never done so in the past; in fact, I'm not sure I was fully aware of the product. In any case, shortly after my birthday, the vacation rental property in the Smoky Mountains that I've had for sale for almost two years suddenly received a reasonable offer to purchase the property. The two other offers I has received were so low-ball they were insulting and nonviable.
