Zodiac Signs Who Are Good In Science and Technology

In astronomy and astrology, the word ‘zodiac’ refers to the band of sky over which the sun, Moon, and planets move. The zodiac has certain constellations, and the sun (or other heavenly body) is “in” a constellation when it moves into the part of the zodiac that includes that constellation. There are references to the zodiac in ancient civilizations, like the ancient Greeks and Romans. They believed that they could predict future events by using the position of heavenly bodies in the sky. For them, astronomy and astrology were no different.

In astrology, a zodiac refers to one of 12 zodiac constellations that the sun moves through. A person who is born when the Sun is in a particular constellation is said to be born under that zodiac sign/constellation. Thus, if you were born when the Sun was in the zodiac sign of Gemini, your zodiac sign or Sun sign is Gemini. The Sun stays in one sign for around 30 days. Western astrology is based on Sun signs.

In Vedic or Indian astrology, however, it is the Rasi or Moon sign that is more important. The Moon stays in one sign for only 2.5 days. The Moon sign is considered to be more accurate and precise when making predictions.  

Astrology claims that zodiac signs can be used to make predictions about a person’s personality and the events in their lives, past, present, and future. According to astrology, the planets and elements that rule different zodiac signs color the personalities of the people born under them. Thus, an Aries native, who is ruled by Planet Mars and the element Fire, will have an aggressive and fiery nature. On the other hand, a Cancer native ruled by Planet Moon and the element Water will be very emotional and moody. This is because the Moon rules our emotions, and it waxes and wanes regularly.
