• Enable Java/JavaScript in your Browser
• Enable Cookies in your Browser
• Internet Explorer 7 (Windows)
• Open your browser;select “Internet Options”,from the Tools menu at the top.
• Click on the “Sites” button for web sites
• Enter “the web site address that you wish to provide permissions to into the “Address of website:” field
• Next click on the “Allow” button
• Click on the OK to close the “Per Site Privacy Options” window
• Next click on the “Advanced” button
• If “Override automatic cookie handling” is checked, make sure “Accept” is selected for both “First-party cookies” and “Third-party cookies”
• Now click on the “OK” to close the “Advanced Privacy Options” window
• Finally click on the “OK” to close the “Internet Options” window

• Click “Tools”
• Select “Internet Options”
• Click “Privacy”
• Move the slider to a setting desired. Options range from Block All Cookies to IE8 to Accept All Cookies. There are also options under Advanced

• Go to the “Tools” menu
• Select “Options”
• Select the “Privacy” icon in the left panel.
• Check the box corresponding to “Allow sites to set cookies”
• Click “OK” to save changes

• From the “Safari” menu, Click “Edit”, click Preferences
• From the Security dialog box, from Accept Cookies, click to select “Always”
• Click “Close”

a. How to Enable Java in Microsoft Internet Explorer (Windows)

• Click on “Tools” in the menu bar of Internet Explorer to expand the tools menu, then click on “Internet Options”
• Click on “Advanced” to switch to the advanced options tab
• Scroll down until you see “Java (Sun),” and check the box for “enable JRE” as shown in the picture
• Click “OK” to save this change, and close the options menu
• Restart your browser for the changes to take effect

b. How to Enable Java Script in Microsoft Internet Explorer (Windows)

• Open your browser
• Click on “Tools” button (it is located in the upper right part of the screen)
• Select “Internet Options”
• Click on “Security tab”
• Click on “Custom Level”
• Scroll down until you see section labeled “Active Scripting”
• Select “Enable”
• Click “OK” to save changes
• Confirm “Yes” and click “OK”
• Close and “restart” the browser

c. How to Enable Microsoft Internet Explorer (Macintosh)

• Click the Edit menu, and then click Preferences
• Click the Java category
• Click to check (turn on) the Enable Java option
• Click the Web Content category
• In the Active Content area, click to check (turn on) Enable scripting for JavaScript support
• Click OK to close the Internet Options window
