This is a legal agreement between you (referenced herein with “you” or with “your”) and AstroVed.com Pvt. Ltd.,(referenced herein as “AstroVed”).Please read this Terms of Use Agreement (THIS “AGREEMENT”) carefully.
By using our app or this website (https://www.astroved.com) (the “site”), the user agrees that this Agreement is enforceable.If you do not agree to all the terms of the Agreement or the Privacy Policy, please do not use the app, app services or the site.
Subject to your compliance with all the Terms and Conditions set out in this Agreement, AstroVed hereby grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, freely revocable, license to install and use the mobile application on your mobile and other devices as contemplated herein.Any software that AstroVed provides you may automatically download and install upgrades,updates, or other new features. You may be able to adjust these automatic downloads through your device’s settings. You may use the app and our services solely for your own non-commercial purposes.You may not use the app or the service for any other purpose, or using any other methods.
You must be 13 years of age or older to install or to use the AstroVed Apps. If you are below 13, please have your parent or guardian review this EULA with you, discuss any questions you might have, and install the apps for you.
Notice to Parents and Guardians: By granting your child permission to download and access an AstroVed app, you agree to the Terms and Conditions of this EULA(“Terms and Conditions”) on behalf of your child.You are responsible for the supervision of your children’s online activities. If you do not accept theseTerms and Conditions, do not let your child use the
AstroVed Apps or associated features.
The Mobile Application may include links or references to other websites or services(“Third Party Sites”) solely as a convenience to Users. AstroVed does not endorseany such Third Party Sites or the information,materials,products, or services contained in or accessible through Third Party Sites. In addition, your correspondence or business dealings with, or participation in promotions of advertisers found on or through the Mobile Application are solely between you and such advertiser. Access and use of Third Party Sites, including the information,materials,products, and services, on or available through Third Party Sites are solely at your own risk.
All rights not expressly granted under this Agreement are hereby reserved to AstroVed.Accordingly, you are hereby prohibited from using the solution in any manner that is not expressly and unambiguously authorized by this Agreement.You therefore may not modify, reproduce, duplicate, copy, download, store, further transmit, disseminate, transfer, disassemble, decompile, extract source code, broadcast, publish, remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels, license, or any portion of the solution, without AstroVed’s prior written consent except as expressly and unambiguously authorized herein.

AstroVed reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these Terms at any time by posting the amended Terms.Changes to the fair usage policies and/or additional terms will be posted on the applicable App/AstroVed website.The changes will be effective when published. Please review the Terms on a regular basis.
Your privacy is important to AstroVed. Our goal is to make the Mobile Application as good,useful and rewarding for you as possible. In order to do that, AstroVed may collect and process information from you when you use the mobile application. We will collect certain personally identifiable information from you as set forth in more detail in our Privacy Policy.
Additional notices, terms, and conditions may apply to access to or use of AstroVed products and services. If there is a conflict in good faith in its sole discretion, but this agreement shall generally control with respect to accessing and using the App/AstroVed services.
