Surya Namaskar is known as the ‘King of Yoga’. It is a technique that combines twelve postures or asanas in one yoga sequence. These asanas represent the Sun’s cycles. When one’s system is invigorated, one’s cycle and the Solar cycle will be in harmony. By doing the Surya Namaskar, we can create this harmony between our physical cycle and the Sun’s.
