Sudarshana Ashtakam Mantra is dedicated to Lord Sudarshana, the main weapon of Lord Vishnu. It consists of eight verses praising Lord Sudarshana. It was composed by Swami Vedanta Desikan. He composed it during an epidemic in Thiruvahindrapuram. This Stotram supposedly eliminated the disease. Since then, people have chanted this Mantra to get rid of illnesses. The Mantra can protect righteous people and also bring salvation. Chanting it regularly can heal physical and mental ailments, remove obstacles, attract positivity, rejuvenate the body, and help manifest your desires.
