This is a prayer to Lord Narasimha, an incarnation of Lord Vishnu. Among all his incarnations, Narasimha (half-man and half-lion) is the most fearsome. This incarnation was to kill the evil demon, Hiranayakashipu, and protect his devotee, Prahlad, the demon’s son. Runa Vimochana Narasimha Stotram is a very powerful hymn. It is believed to bring relief from all kinds of debt and other financial problems. This prayer is more effective when recited during Pradosha time. This Stotram can also free us from karmic debts. Saturn and Mars cause most of the karmic debts in a horoscope.
