Ardhanarishwara Stotram was composed by Adi Shankaracharya. It extols the Ardhanarishwara form of Lord Shiva, where one-half of his body is that of Goddess Parvati. The Stotram compares the appearances and the divine acts of Shiva and Parvati, who are merged into one form. Those who recite this hymn regularly can receive great honor and enjoy a long life. They can also experience good fortune and receive all the siddhis.
