Lord Ganesha is a supreme deity who is revered by the Hindus. He is called Vignahartha, or the remover of obstacles. Ganapathi pooja is mandatorily performed at the start of a ceremony or ritual as he helps to complete the tasks at hand without any hindrances. Various hymns and prayers have been created to honour the Supreme Lord Ganesha. The Ganesha Bhujanga Stotram is written on the Nritya Ganapathi, the Ganesha dancing form. The lyrics explain the dancing form of Ganesha and is composed uniquely. Reciting this Stotram is believed to be auspicious and is thought to be a good way to meditate and invoke the Lord. Ranat kshudra gantha ni naadhabhi ramam
Chalat tandavoddanda vat padma talam
Lasat tundi laango pari-vyala haram
Ganadhisha meeshana sunum tameede (1)

The leader of the Rudra Gana, the son of Shiva (God Ishana), gets happy by the joyful sound of swinging bells on his body. Whose lotus feet are following the tala and doing Tandava. The Lord who is an Omkara and is beyond changes and has a pleasant form. He who has no form and has ultimate happiness and is beyond all qualities. The one who resides on the opposite end of the samsara river and whose womb is filled with Omkara. I pray to you, Lord Ganesha, the leader of Ganas and the son of God Shiva, whose greatness is praised proudly. 

Chidananda sandraya shanthaya tubyam
Namo vishwa karthre cha harthre cha tubyam
Namonantha leelaya kaivalya bhase
Namo vishwabheeja prasidesha suno (8)

One who is full of happiness and is a peace personified. I kneel down and pray to you, the creator, destroyer and merger of the universe. I bend my head to you, the provider of Moksha or Kaivalya. You the seed of this universe, I bend down to you. Please be pleased y my prayers, the son of God Shiva or Ishana.

Imam su stavam prata rurthaya bhakthya
Pathedyasthu marthyo labeth sarva kaaman
Ganesha prasadena sidhyanthi vacho
Ganeshe vibhau durlabham kim prasanne

Those who chant this Stotram early in the morning have their wishes granted. Lord Ganesha will be merciful, and devotees will attain great powers where their words become true. If the Omnipotent Lord Ganesha is pleased, What cannot be achieved?
