My life as it is- consists of work, service to others and duties. There is such a miniscule portion of time left for me that when i do meditate, i fall asleep. I''m not aware if i actually promote any changes for myself but, every time astroved does something on my behalf, i thank them from the bottom of my heart. I have not experienced the change i like as of yet but at work for example, i have expert help now, which i never had before. My inner life seems less darkened by worries, anxiety and fear.
