The service was so promptly arranged and completed (within few hours of requesting). The date I requested for Ganesha fire lab was provided by the service team which was an important favor for our family. It would be helpful if customer service provides the option for using shipment companies in addition to regular mail service for delivering prasad. If we are interested in using shipment agencies then it will be up to the customers to choose rather than waiting for the mail which sometime looses the prasad. Will Astroved consier?
