About Rudraksha
Rudraksha beads are used for the worship of Lord Shiva and are worn for many benefits. Rudraksha beads are dried seeds of a tree called Elaeocarpus ganitrus. These trees mostly grow in select locations of Southeast Asia, mainly in the upper Himalayan mountain range of the Indian subcontinent.
Rudraksha beads help to maintain physical and emotional balance. They can also help reduce blood pressure, aid in meditation, cleanse the aura, and remove negative energies from the surroundings.
Anyone can wear this energized Rudraksha offered, irrespective of age, gender, physical condition, culture, ethnicity, geographical or religious background.

It is advised to remove the Rudraksha bead and place on a cloth while taking bath.

If, for some reason, you cannot wear the Rudraksha, it should be kept safely, wrapped in a silk or cotton cloth. Avoid putting it in a metal container.
You need to condition the Rudraksha beads before wearing them. Immerse them in ghee or clarified butter for 24 hours and then in full fat milk for another 24 hours. Then rinse them in clean water and wipe them in a clean cloth. Please do not wash them with soap or chemical substances. This process should be repeated every six months.

Vibhuti denotes the sacred ash, which is often associated with Lord Shiva. Shiva is usually depicted as smeared with ash, which symbolizes the mortal nature of the human body. Vibhuti is believed to increase the receptivity if prepared properly.
Vibhuti should be taken between the thumb and index finger and can be applied on various parts of the body, such as the Agna Chakra between the eyebrows, the Vishuddi Chakra at the pit of the throat, and the Anahata Chakra in the center of the chest where the rib cage meets.
