Only specially trained Nambudri priests initiated by a Guru are authorized to perform this ritual, which involves invoking the energy of the Goddess in a large lamp placed on a hand-drawn diagram of a lotus, symbolizing the universe. The Pooja can be performed with minimal supplies, and the priest should conduct the Pooja with great humility, signifying his humble surrender to the Goddess.

What will I receive?
You will receive the kum-kum (Red Vermillion Powder) blessed in the Pooja. You can keep it in the meditation altar and duly apply it on the forehead as and when required to invoke the divine blessings of the deity.
