Dissolve Laziness and Expand Compassion Karma Dissolving Prayer Service on July 29th

The period during the one-and-a-half hours before sunset on every 13th Moon day is a premier karma-dissolving powertime called Pradosham. This Karma-Dissolving Prayer Service will be performed to honor Shiva, the Supreme Archetype of Karma Removal. On this Pradosham day, the Moon will be in Ardra, a star of spiritual enlightenment and learning. Ardra is symbolized as a teardrop of compassion. This is an auspicious time to release negative karma that makes us lazy and inactive. We can receive blessings to become more motivated with compassion for the suffering of others. We can renew commitment to work for a greater cause than ourselves for the benefit of others. This prayer service can help us receive blessings to live with a deeper sense of positive purpose.
