OUR RETURNS POLICY

We give you a full 10 days to examine your Gemstones. In the unlikely event if you are not satisfied with the merchandise you received, please contact us immediately (note that the refund period is 10 days from date of receipt - all sales are considered final after this period has elapsed). Contact us by e mailing to services@astroved.com or directly contact the customer service agent allocated to you when you ordered. Please note that any returned items that are not accompanied by an official Goods Return Authorization number will be returned to you at your expense. You are requested to e mail us the Fedex/DHL Tracking number of the shipment so that we can finalize insurance for it at our cost. We regret that we will not be able to accept returns of opened or damaged items; in such cases the liability of those charges and duty incurred upon its return will belong to you.

We will let you know through an e-mail about your refund, once we've received the items you returned. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used by you for purchase. We will require 15 to 20 Business Days for the refunding process.
