• Job Description
• Supervise / expand marketing department. Set /execute strategy for programs in India / S.E. Asia. Identify key market segments and penetrate segments, execute partnerships and programs to ensure revenue growth. Oversee budget. Reports to President.
• Desired Candidate Profile
• 5-8+ years experience in Marketing and Communications. Strong strategic planning skills, discern key priorities, operate at executive level. Entrepreneurial self-starter. Creative flair, fast-paced environment, PR ideas. Negotiation skills with partners.

• Technical Architect/.net Architect
• Job Description
• Architect enterprise solutions for several sister companies. Plan database/systems for global growth with e-commerce/multiple currencies. Design new system with proprietary algorithms with back-end services, products and shipments. Mentor tech teams.
• Desired Candidate Profile
• Minimum 3 years product architecture and 5 years practical experience. SQL, .NET, schema and component design. Interact with stakeholders and senior managers. Documentation skills and success with deadlines. Must present to clients and managers. Guide technical group.

• Project Manager (IT)
• Job Description
• Responsible for initiating, planning, execution, tracking and control of systems architecture and design of web applications. Project management, quality and metrics, mentor a team of 20 developers. On-site and off-shore co-ordination of multiple projects.
• Desired Candidate Profile
• Minimum 2 years experience in multiple projects, programs, quality and release management, strong leadership, communication and organization skills. Microsoft technologies, PM tools, managing development of e-commerce and web applications with business understanding.
