Offer water to the Sun with right hand 3 times repeating "Om Suryaya Namaha". Sunset practice: In the evening, when possible, watch the Sun as it sets repeating internally the Gayathri mantra, facing toward the Sun and allowing any visions to come during and after it sets. Eyes may be closed during meditation. Days of Week: Baba suggests beginners start with lighting planetary incense and praying each morning to planet(s) ruling the day or associated with the day as well as their overlords.
